Frans' Anthropologist Postdoc

Hi Catherine,

This is Laura, the former postdoc who completed the operating room studies with Frans. I started teaching Medical Anthropology to undergraduates at Emory this semester. We had a Frans tribute class on Tuesday, dedicated to his research and its contribution to medicine. My students were impressed by everything Frans did, especially taking on human alphas just a few years ago. It was such an honor to work with Frans and to be a guest in your home many times. The company, conversations, and food were always remarkable.
